What is Chlorella?

Chlorella is a unique, tiny, microscopic, single celled fresh water plant/ algae. There are many species of chlorella, but Chlorella pyrenoidosa (SUN CHLORELLA strain) was found to be especially rich in nutrients. It is a special type of complete green whole food because it delivers many of the vitamins, minerals and enzymes essential for a healthy body and also the full range of amino acids required to build protein within the body.
