Description

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine is an amino acid. It possesses anti-oxidant properties and may improve the defence response of the immune system. People with depressed immune function usually exhibit significantly depressed cysteine levels. In addition, the body uses the acetyl group to manufacture acetylcholine or ACh, a neurotransmitter used by nerve cells to send signals to other nerve cells.

In this particular product, each capsule contains 500mg of N-acetyl-L-cysteine powder with 100mg of rice flour filler. The capsules are gelatine and this product is not suitable for strict vegetarian or vegan diets. There is no magnesium stearate in this product.

Suggested dose is one to two capsules, three times daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed 3,000mg
