Bromelain and Papain are proteolytic enzymes found in pineapples and papaya respectively. They help with the digestion of protein and gluten and may have cardiovascular benefits due to their ability to break down harmful compounds.

Each capsule contains 10mg bromelain and 100mg papain and nothing else. The capsule is a plant source shell that’s suitable for all including those on strict vegetarian or vegan diets.

Each bottle contains 90 capsules which means for standard use (1 to 3 capsules a day) it gives one to three months supply. Made in the UK.
